Our Principles:
The following principles sum up the professional and personal guidelines that we
strictly follow in all our dealings with all types of clients. We have decided that without exception we will:
1. Listen patiently to all clients in order to fully understand their needs and fears;
2. Ask them pertinent questions to clarify matters to avoid misunderstanding;
3. Be sensitive to the fears that many buyers have about acquiring a house-and-lot package in order to earn their confidence as a trustworthy advisor;
4. Respect our clients’ time;
5. Facilitate the transactions for our clients by taking care of matters relevant to their acquisition of properties;
6. Provide our clients the luxury of home loans with minimal effort on their part by means of our housing and venture partners;
7. Take full responsibility for our actions;
8. Be honest at all times;
9. Seek to improve our quality of service by encouraging each client to critically evaluate our performance through an evaluation instrument;
10. Measure our quality of service by word-of-mouth recommendations from our clients;
11. Strive to honor GOD in all that we do.
Our Core Values:
Professionalism Tempered with Flexibility
Productivity with Creativity
Integrity and Intelligent Decision-Making
Commitment and Corporate Responsibility
PhilProperties Mission and Vision
The people behind PHILProperties International Corporation believe that our products and services must enrich people’s lives and contribute to the betterment of their family relationships.
We are a people-oriented corporation, and we believe that our most valuable resources are our clients and our sales and administrative staff. Any type of business must work for some profit, but we at PPIC believe that the earnings we make should not only improve our lives, but our profit should serve as an instrument for us to provide better and finer house-and-lot packages that would answer the needs of people from all socio-economic brackets-----from the ordinary Filipino workers in the Philippines and abroad to the expatriate workers to the wealthy investors.
It is PPIC’s dream to build affordable but beautiful housing packages for the Filipino communities.
