The people behind PHILProperties International Corporation believe that our products and services must enrich people’s lives and contribute to the betterment of their family relationships.
We are a people-oriented corporation, and we believe that our most valuable resources are our clients and our sales and administrative staff. Any type of business must work for some profit, but we at PPIC believe that the earnings we make should not only improve our lives, but our profit should serve as an instrument for us to provide better and finer house-and-lot packages that would answer the needs of people from all socio-economic brackets-----from the ordinary Filipino workers in the Philippines and abroad to the expatriate workers to the wealthy investors.
It is PPIC’s dream to build affordable but beautiful housing packages for the Filipino communities.
